Shawn Reid, General Manager                                                   
Shawn has over 20 years experience as a business owner involved in several companies serving the oil and gas industry in Western Canada. The majority of Shawn's experience is related to the construction and maintenance of oil and gas facilities and pipeline systems. Shawn was a major shareholder and director of Reid's construction group Inc. of Cold Lake, Alberta from 1990 to 1999 where at its peak the company employed in excess of 1100 people. In 1999 Reid's was sold to Flint Energy Services Ltd. and Shawn remained employed at Flint for 3 years term as a Manager of pipeline construction. Shawn is a founding Shareholder of Choice Directional Services Ltd. and as General Manager, is responsible for coordination of all Head Ofice related activities including; accounting, legal, and finance.

Richard Berube, President                                                        
Richard has been active in the oil and gas industry for over 27 years. Six of those years were spent acquiring experience in drill stem testing, and he’s spent the last 13 years in the directional drilling sector. Richard was the original organizing force for Choice and is now the president of the company, acting mostly in sales and operations.

James Sheen, VP Operations                                                    
James has a B.A. in economics from the University of Alberta. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry since 1978 in various capacities. James has management experience in other sectors and has spent the last 17 years in the directional drilling sector.

Terry McGee, Directional Drilling Manager                                                          
Terry has a Certification in Resources Drilling Technology from Sir Sanford Fleming College. Terry has related experience in the mining sector and 18years in the oil and gas sector. For the past 11 years he has been involved in the directional drilling sector.

Keith Pascoe-Price, Measurement While Drilling (MWD) Manager                                                    
Keith is a qualified Navigation Officer, a designation earned in the British Merchant Navy. Keith has accumulated 30 years of experience in the international oil and gas sector. Keith has extensive experience in the MWD field and has operated a variety of guidance tools. 

Brian Collins, Special Projects Manager                                          
Brian recently joined CHOICE and brings to the management team over 25 years of technical experience in the Oil and Gas Industry on the international level.  He holds a Power Engineering Class 4 from SAIT and a Petroleum Engineering Technology Certification from NAIT.  Brian contributes to the MWD department as well as Business Development in Special Projects.
