Shawn Reid, General Manager                                                   
Shawn has over 20 years experience as a business owner involved in several companies serving the oil and gas industry. The majority of Shawn's past experience relates to construction and maintenance of Oil and Gas facilities and pipeline systems.  Shawn was a major shareholder and director of Reid's Construction Group Inc. of Cold Lake, Alberta which started as a small 20 employee welding shop and over a 10 year period successfully expanded to over 1100 employees with revenues in excess of $100,000,000.00 per year.  Reid's sold to Flint Energy Services Ltd. in 1999 and Shawn was retained as Manager of Pipeline Construction for a 3 year term.  As a Principle Shareholder of Choice Directional Services Ltd., Shawn fills the role of General Manager and is responsible for Strategic Corporate Growth and coordination of corporate administrative duties including all aspects relating to accounting, legal, and finanace. 

Richard Berube, President                                                        
Richard entered oil and gas industry in 1983 and progressed to Driller.  In 1997 he moved into the Directional Drilling segment and has been deeply involved ever since.  He has broad experience in the Western Canadian Basin, Quebec and Russia. Richard is well versed in a broad spectrum of Directional Drilling Technique and Technologies. Richard was the original organizing force for Choice bringing the unique abilities of the team together.  He heads the Sales Division and Business Development.  Richard has been integral in expanding Choice's Eastern Operations. 

James Sheen, VP Operations                                                    
James entered the oil and gas industry in 1978 progressing quickly to Driller.  He earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Alberta in 1985. James has been immersed in the Directional Drilling sector since 1993. He has covered the Western Canadian Basin, Quebec, Offshore Newfoundland and Sable Island as well as Western Siberia in Russia. He is experienced and well versed in all aspects of the segment including SAGD, HTHP, U/B.  James brings management experience from other sectors and oversees all operations, well planning, field personnel, and the Nisku Service Facility.

Terry McGee, Directional Drilling Manager                                                          
Terry earned a Certification in Resources Drilling Technology in 1979 from Sir Sanford Fleming College. In 1986 Terry entered the Directional Drilling sector.  In 1993 Terry became a Directional Drilling Consultant and has compiled experience over the whole Western Canadian Basin, West Africa, and teh Beaufort Sea. As Directional Drilling Manager, Terry's responsibilities included well planning, staffing, and coordinating field personnel.  In addition Terry is an integral part of the Nisku Service Facility and supervises equipment maintenance and QA/QC programs.

Keith Pascoe-Price, Measurement While Drilling (MWD) Manager                                                    
Keith is a qualified Navigation Officer, a designation earned in the British Merchant Navy. Keith entered the Directional Drilling sector in 1980 with Sperry-Sun International - UK and became a Senior MWD Engineer.  He later consulted for Sperry-Sun Canada and emmigrated in 1999.  Keith has a complete knowledge of borehole measurement systems including gauges, gyro, multi-shot and MWD. He brings worldwide experience and as MWD Manager oversees all equipment readiness and maintenece and MWD personnel supervion.

Brian Collins, Special Projects Manager                                          
Brian joined CHOICE and has been a principle since 2007. He brings to the management team over 25 years of technical experience in the Oil and Gas Industry on the international level.  He holds a Power Engineering Class 4 from SAIT and a Petroleum Engineering Technology and Hydrocarbon Engineering Technology Certification from NAIT.  Brian joined Halliburton in 1985 as a Fracturing/Cementing Engineer and in 1991 joined Sperry-Sun Canada as an MWD/LWD Engineer.  Brian is also an accomplished Directional Driller.  He contributes to the MWD department as well as Business Development in Special Projects.
